The Milledgeville Housing Authority [MHA] is a public housing authority chartered under the laws of the State of Georgia in 1957. MHA is governmental in nature, but is not a part of the general city or county government. MHA owns and manages a citywide portfolio of approximately 316 units. MHA provides more than a place to live by offering residents the opportunity to participate in educational, recreational and community programs, as well as job training programs.
Habersham
MHA through its non-profit affiliate, Elite Choice Properties, operates 30 units of affordable housing that is geared towards seniors that were recently renovated. The property features well appointed one bedroom and one bath units. The property is conveniently located near downtown.
